Please provide VISA or MASTERCARD information to pay the US $10.00 all inclusive charge for an upcoming catalogue OR the proper listed price for a previously published edition..

 If you are a successful bidder in the upcoming  auction,  you will be credited back the $10.00 charge.  The credit will be applied directly to your invoice from that auction.
